Hey guys welcome to my channel and in today's video i will be discussing with you one of the journals. That publishes only review papers so guys. I want to share my experience with you that i have been struggling to publish a research paper based on review completely and it has been more than two and a half years. I am unable to publish it however it has been now accepted with minor revisions and in case it gets accepted. I will share with you like what all i have dotted in that to get it published so i was going through one of the journals to publish my research paper. I came across a journal that is international journal of management review. So if i go into the details of this journal this journal is published by willy and sons limited and british academy of management it is considered one of the best journals for publishing the research papers so guys if i talk about this journal the aim and the scope of the paper is that it publishes only the literature review papers that can be any kind of literature review say systematic review or critical analysis of the already published papers or meta analysis and so on and so forth so going further. We can see that over here. We have the keywords like management review international journal business mba accounting human resource mission systematic review analysis research etc but. This paper does not publishes an empirical paper that is based on the primary data. Okay so make sure that you send your research review paper only to this journal going further we can see that this journal is indexed in scopus elsevier ssci index. That means it is considered one of the best journals to publish your papers right apart from this it is also indexed in enrolled management review then guys going through the uh authors guideline. You can see that. This journal accepts the paper that does not exceed more than 10 000 words and it excludes abstract references and tables and figures right so guys over here you can see that. This journal does not publish any empirical paper that is paper containing the primary data.

Right apart from this you can send any of your paper review paper to this journal and it takes around 12 weeks to give your decision so here are a few of the guidelines if you want to follow these guidelines to share your paper all right you can go through this on your own guys from my experience. I would like to share that before sending any paper you should read at least five papers from this journal okay. Supposedly i open over here volume 23 and issue number two over here if i see see. All the paper are related to the literature review view of the systematic review. It can be review a philosophical foundation. Right and every paper. This paper suggests the future research then again. It is a systematic review over here. We can see that it is a systematic review right. Another paper is based on the systematic review. And the research agenda so guys if you are planning to send the research paper based on literature review you can target this journal and this journal is specifically for the management studies.
