Today we will going to learn how to add missing documents in scopus author profile it is possible that you published a scopus index. Journal paper but it is not added in your scopus author profile so how to initiate this process this we will going to learn in a step by step there will be total six steps first step is we will go to the scopus support center webpage go to Google search five years Corpus support center and click on the first link home scope Support Center so there are various options available today we will going to discuss about how we will add the missing document so I will click on this link how do I request to add a missing document once you click on this link then there are steps that are given to request a document to be added in the database. These are the steps so we will click on this second waveform link a new waveform will open where we need to add some information related to our published article so if your role as author we will select a role as author select contact reason. Add missing document missing. Journal article in subject line you can type add missing article foreign Journal article document title you can type whatever is the document title or the Journal paper you publish DOI is optional but if a DUI is already alerted to your published paper it is better to add here document type again there may be two types of Journal articles maybe the article in press for example like in material today proceedings few articles are there in article in press or article. I will select article issn number of the journal where you publish the paper you so if you don't know the issn number of the journal you can go to Google and search that particular Journal name plus issn and add that issn number here online publication date you have to add the online publication date in this particular format date month and year volume and issue number is available in your Journal article so please add this data here page number.

It is possible that few papers there is page. Numbers are not given so in that case you can start say from page number one to ten in case the journal article have total 10 pages and your question you can add your question. Add scopus add. Journal article in scopus author profile profile so there is option that is a PDF of the missing document which is must a PDF of missing document is required if it is not available because some journals are not providing the full PDF because they are subscription based so in that case uh we cannot upload but if it is available then we can attach here as a PDF file and then we will going to add the contact details first name last name email address and confirm email address. Same email address and your region. Once you submit this then you will receive an email from the scopus website that we will. Uh try to resolve your query within four weeks and your document will be added so this is the last step documents will be added in the scopus author profile within four weeks so we discuss about how to add the missing document in different six steps.
